Design Consultation

Your local JELD-WEN Architectural Consultant is ready to meet with you to provide product answers and project guidance:

• Collaborative discussions to understand design intent
• Code and regulatory review
• Professional product recommendation

Specification Review

• Due diligence to ensure that JELD-WEN products will meet project specifications; are rated for air, water, and structural performance; and are professionally engineered and approved
• Submission of all pertinent data, including CSI® specifications, elevations, schedules, and structural engineering information
• Communication of concerns — missing specifications or other information, requests for interpretation – to obtain the data needed to ensure conformance with CSI® specifications
• Substitution requests, if needed
• Shop drawings (Level 1, 2, and 3)

OSI^® Installation Program JELD-WEN’s partnership with OSI^® brings an added level of confidence to your commercial new construction projects. When installers use OSI products and installation methods – techniques that go beyond ASTM 1221-type installation methods – an installation warranty is available.

Commercial Care Team

The dedicated members of our Commercial Care Team – project coordinators, technical supervisors, and the commercial tech team – proactively plan and support your project, ensuring that all units are working as intended well before occupancy or turnover date:

• Real-time support for on-site questions and concerns
• Job site visits
• Compliance testing attendance, with same-visit remediation, if needed
• Walk-throughs to ensure the inspection of each fenestration product
• Status report of warranty items tasked to JELD-WEN technicians and non-warranty items tasked to the contractor, provided after each on-site interaction

Plus, our Architectural Consultants remain involved throughout the project, attending mockups and providing project support as needed.
